The Kaiserhof is looking for a new receptionist to join our team (full-time).

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated mind to join our competent front office team in delighting our guests with experiences of a high standard.

Your profile:

• completed training in the hotel industry is an advantage
• at least one year of work experience in a similar position desirable
• knowledge of the hotel software Fidelio or comparable is desirable, but not a requirement
• confident handling of MS Office
• strong guest orientation and ability to work in a team
• ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Communication skills and appropriate appearance towards the guest
• entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• German language skills and a good command of written and spoken English
